Project Management

The project management methodology we use depends on the project type, duration, scope and client organisation’s own project management requirements. We are flexible to tailor our delivery method to fit with your needs depending on your situation. We have project managers that specialise in 

• PRINCE2 – controlled project management that leaves nothing to chance with continued business justification and outcomes/product based. Clear processes for planning and execution of projects.
• PMI PMBOK – not a project management methodology itself but best practices guide, and forms basis for applying universal project management standards to each project 

Agile

Depending on the project type, duration, scope and client organisation’s agile requirements we also have agile methodologies that we use to collaborate with clients to iteratively deliver the project tasks and activities the project team members do on a day-to-day basis.

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Scrum / Large-scale Scrum (LeSS) – for self-managing teams.
• DSDM Agile
• Prince2 Agile
• Kanban (not referring to the Kanban boards) – improving speed and quality of delivery by increasing visibility of work in progress and limiting multi-tasking
• Lean-Agile – streamlining and eliminating waste to deliver more with less
• Microsoft SureStep 

This allows us to be flexible as your needs evolve and become more defined as the project progresses, and we manage those evolving needs through appropriate project change control processes.
